T P Devarajan
- Mr. T. P. Devarajan (Deva), Senior Managing Director, InvAscent, has been nominated to the board of Aizant by the company’s private equity investor
- Deva has over 35 years of experience in private equity, financial services, business education and petrochemicals
- Prior to joining InvAscent, Deva spent seven years in the business education sector as an Associate Director in the Indian School of Business. During his time there, he was involved in conceptualising and launching the K-Hub Winners’ Club, a growth consulting initiative where he played a key role of building a roster of clients from different industries
- Prior to his time in the Indian School of Business, Deva worked in several financial services companies such as SBI Capital Markets where he led equity and debt fund raising for over 30 companies through public offers, shareholder offers and private institutional placements
- Deva holds a Post-Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Osmania University
Sanjeev Sethi Independent Board Director
- Mr. Sanjeev Sethi, a seasoned pharmaceutical executive, has been nominated to the board of Aizant, bringing over three decades of global leadership experience across Manufacturing Operations, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Sanjeev has held key leadership roles in major pharmaceutical companies, including his most recent position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Viatris, where he led all Global Operations and Scientific Affairs functions.
- Prior to Viatris, he served as Chief Scientific Officer at Mylan, overseeing R&D, Regulatory Sciences, Medical Affairs, Product Safety and Risk Management (PSRM), and the Global Launch Management Group, ensuring the successful worldwide launch of products.
- Earlier in his career, Sanjeev led Global Injectable Operations at Mylan, managing the operational execution of the company’s injectable product portfolio, and played a pivotal role as Head of Global Scientific Affairs and Head of Global Generics R&D, contributing to the company’s scientific advancements and regulatory strategies.
- Sanjeev’s journey with Mylan began in 2007 through the acquisition of Matrix Laboratories Limited, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Finished Dose Technical Operations.
- Prior to his tenure at Matrix, he held leadership positions at Sandoz GmbH as Deputy Head of Development and Registration and at Ranbaxy Research Laboratories as Associate Director of R&D and Regulatory Affairs.
- Sanjeev holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Punjab University and has been awarded 40 international patents.
